Remote Client Support Representative

About the role

The Client Support Representative works remotely to coordinate and expedite the collection of VIP medical reports. You will act as a liaison between healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and customers to ensure orders are complete, compliant, and processed quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers in completing and processing orders accurately and promptly.
• Support providers and insurance customers with special requirements such as authorizations, physician fees, and report delivery.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and priority messages from insurers, providers, customers, and advisors.
• Review and validate orders for required documentation, authorizations, and payment details.
• Conduct follow‑up communications to obtain updates, identify delays, and expedite report delivery.
• Document all interactions, contact names, and outcomes in the system.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with carriers, providers, and physicians.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma.
• Bilingual French/English (mandatory for Quebec, asset elsewhere).
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience in a contact‑center or related industry.
• Strong urgency, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to deliver accurate results.
