Remote Client Success Manager – Full‑Time

About the role

The Client Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts at Swoop Lift Inc., a digital‑marketing agency dedicated to lash‑extension businesses across North America. Working remotely, you will build strong relationships, answer client questions, resolve disputes and ensure long‑term retention while communicating via WhatsApp, email and Zoom during Edmonton business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for assigned clients, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
• Identify at‑risk accounts early and implement actions to prevent cancellations.
• Maintain trust‑based relationships to keep clients satisfied and engaged.
• Handle client disputes professionally, clarifying facts while preserving the relationship.
• Host Zoom calls to present performance reports and answer client questions.
• Communicate consistently through WhatsApp, email and video calls.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence in handling difficult conversations and pushing back diplomatically when needed.
• Reliable full‑time availability during 9:00 AM–6:00 PM MST, Monday‑Friday.
• Prior experience in client success, account management or customer support is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and using digital communication tools as the primary channel.
