About the role

As a Benefits Advisor you will work remotely with clients across Canada, helping them understand life insurance and supplemental benefit options. You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and leads so you can focus on advising and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually to assess their financial protection needs.
• Educate clients on life‑insurance and supplemental benefit products.
• Recommend personalized solutions that align with each client’s goals.
