Remote Associate Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Associate Recruiter to join our remote team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to guiding them through offer acceptance, while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates using creative and innovative methods.
• Manage the recruitment pipeline from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Communicate proactively and professionally with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Strong experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and pipelines simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
