Remote Appointment Setter – Medical Aesthetics

About the role

We are a fast‑growing marketing firm that serves medical aesthetics professionals. As an Appointment Setter you will be the first voice a potential patient hears after expressing interest, turning inbound leads into booked appointments for med spas and aesthetic clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Make 400+ outbound dials per day using a power‑dialer system.
• Contact new leads within 5 minutes of submission and follow up on older leads.
• Book 40+ qualified appointments per client each month and confirm them via text or call.
• Manage leads for up to three clients simultaneously in GoHighLevel.
• Track daily KPIs (dials, contacts, appointments) and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Familiarity with the medical aesthetics or med‑spa industry.
• Comfort with high‑volume outbound calling and strict speed‑to‑lead metrics.
• Consistent, reliable work ethic and ability to follow a structured script while sounding natural.

Required skills

• Power‑dialer system operation.
• GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM usage.
