Relationship Advisor

About the role

The Relationship Advisor supports the Senior Vice‑President of Member Experience & Pension Operations at OPTrust. Based in Toronto with a hybrid work model, the role oversees operational and business‑administration aspects of the SVP’s office, ensuring smooth coordination of projects, stakeholder interactions and team activities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the gateway and gatekeeper to the SVP, managing requests for interaction and determining appropriate actions.
• Develop and maintain a relationship map of key internal and external touchpoints.
• Strategically manage relationships to reinforce a positive impression of the Member Experience & Pension Operations division.
• Coordinate key projects, team initiatives and research support as required.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external service providers and business partners on behalf of the SVP.

Required profile

• Highly organized individual who enjoys working with others to advance multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Strong ability to manage relationships and act as a liaison between senior leadership and various stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to supporting the SVP’s priorities and objectives.
