About the role
The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides professional nursing care to residents of a retirement residence, ensuring their health and wellbeing while supervising Care Workers as required by the College of Nurses Standard of Practice.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care to residents in a retirement residence.
- Supervise and guide Care Workers in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Support resident assessments and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure residents enjoy their day to the fullest through personalized attention.
Required profile
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and member in good standing.
- Passion for caring for seniors and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong professionalism and a willingness to learn and grow.
