Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care

About the role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will coordinate comprehensive nursing care for residents in a home‑like, long‑term care environment. You will also provide education to residents and families while supporting the interdisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver round‑the‑clock nursing coverage and personalized attention to each resident.
• Coordinate total nursing care plans and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Educate residents and families on health topics and care procedures.
• Collaborate with peers and support staff to maintain a safe, supportive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License.
• CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Familiarity with medical‑systems computer applications preferred.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Medical systems computer experience (e.g., electronic health record platforms).
