About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team at Manning Community Health Centre. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients, families and the community while promoting safety and well‑being.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of nursing services, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
- Teach, counsel and advocate for patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Alberta Health Services policies.
- Participate in on‑call rotations as scheduled.
Required profile
- Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
- Active or eligible registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider certification.
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- If not practiced as an RN in the past five years, completion of CRNA Medication Management and NextGenU Health Assessment Resources courses prior to start.
Required skills
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS‑HCP).
- Medication management knowledge.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $44.56 to $60.98 CAD.
- Remote Retention Allowance up to $3,000 annually (non‑pensionable).
