Regional Site Manager

About the role

The Regional Site Manager will oversee safe, compliant and profitable service delivery for TRIGO across multiple customer locations in the Greater Toronto Area and Guelph. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will act as the senior field representative, driving operational performance and strengthening customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a culture of health, safety and regulatory compliance, lead incident investigations and enforce corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary operational leader for assigned customer accounts, building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Standardize daily operations across sites, ensuring staffing, service consistency, business continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain quality standards through documentation, training, audits and technical support.
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, labour costs, billing accuracy and contract compliance.
• Plan workforce needs, develop site leaders, manage performance and foster an accountable culture.
• Monitor operational, safety, staffing and financial metrics, produce accurate reports and escalate risks promptly.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, leveraging data, technology and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Visible field leadership with the ability to manage multiple shifts and customer environments.
• Disciplined performance management and rapid problem‑resolution skills.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience building capable site‑leadership teams.
• Proven track record in multi‑site operations, safety compliance and customer‑focused service delivery.
