Regional Data Center Manager - Western Canada

About the role

Cerebras Systems is looking for a Regional Data Center Manager to lead infrastructure operations and deployment execution across Western Canada. The role ensures AI infrastructure is delivered, operated, and scaled effectively while staying aligned with global engineering and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across Western Canada data‑center sites.
• Ensure infrastructure meets uptime, performance, and reliability targets.
• Own incident‑response coordination for facility‑related issues.
• Act as primary interface with facility operators and vendors.
• Validate facility performance against defined operational thresholds.
• Execute modular deployments in 5 MW increments, coordinating site readiness, equipment install, commissioning and handoff.
• Lead and develop local data‑center technicians and engineers.
• Serve as the operational bridge between headquarters and field teams.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of data‑center or critical‑facility experience.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Experience interfacing with facility providers and vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead site‑level teams.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with AI/HPC infrastructure (preferred).
• Exposure to liquid‑cooling systems (preferred).
• Experience operating in cold‑weather environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with structured incident‑management frameworks (preferred).
