Region Manager – Ontario (GTA/Oshawa/Whitby/Ajax/Scarborough)

About the role

The Region Manager will lead a team of club managers across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding locations, ensuring each Fit4Less club delivers a clean, friendly and automated experience for members and associates. This full‑time, onsite role involves regular travel to clubs, overseeing operations, financial performance and member satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly cleanliness and service standards are met across all clubs.
• Conduct regular pop‑in visits with club managers, document findings and drive corrective actions.
• Lead and coach managers on customer service, member concerns and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate with Club Services and IT to maintain equipment and facility safety.
• Recruit, onboard, develop and retain direct reports, managing performance and engagement.
• Achieve revenue targets and control expenses to meet budgeted EBITDA for each club.
• Oversee opening, reopening, conversion or renovation projects to ensure clubs are operationally ready.

Required profile

• University degree or college diploma.
• At least 2 years of successful management experience in the fitness industry or a comparable field.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to travel frequently within the designated region.
