About the role

Tandem Trans Solutions is seeking a full‑time Recruitment Coordinator to join our on‑site team in Vaughan, ON. You will play a pivotal role in connecting skilled truck drivers with transportation companies across North America, supporting both short‑term and long‑term assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview potential driver candidates.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end hiring process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
• Maintain strong relationships with client companies and candidates to ensure successful placements.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and payroll functions as the role evolves.
• Manage multiple recruitment activities efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing, transportation, or logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Vaughan, ON.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
