About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support our HR team in managing the full cycle of hiring. The role is based on‑site and involves close interaction with managers, candidates and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements
- Collect and screen applicants
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- Review candidate inventories
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
- Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
- Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record‑keeping duties
