Recruiter – Technicians (Junior/Mid-Level)

About the role

You will lead full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume technician and operations positions in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on delivering a great candidate experience while meeting urgent hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for manufacturing, operations, and other high‑volume or hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop hiring plans.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, job boards, networking and community channels.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and keep the process moving smoothly.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting activity, ensure accurate ATS data, and support metrics and reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes, tools and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and cross‑functional partners to support workforce growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, technical or high‑volume environments.
• Agency recruiting experience, ideally supporting manufacturing or technical roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
• Strong communication, organization and follow‑through skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with high ownership.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
