Recruiter – Fast-Paced, High-Volume Hiring

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal sales teams to fill high‑priority contract and direct‑hire roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Jump on new requisitions quickly and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and teammates.
• Consistently meet activity goals, client submittals, and placement targets.
• Maintain an organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in recruiting or staffing.
• Experience in high‑volume or VMS recruiting environments is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
• Competitive mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability.
• Motivated by growth, performance, and uncapped earning potential.
