Recruiter – Aviation Talent Acquisition

About the role

JMC Aviation is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join its growing Toronto team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for aviation professionals across Canada and the US, delivering a high‑quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage aviation talent using various channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and CRM records.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate client submissions, and support offer negotiations.
• Assist with onboarding, compliance, and post‑placement follow‑up.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with both candidates and client organizations.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment (aviation or technical recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Genuine interest in aviation and people‑focused work.

• Base salary ranging from CAD 60,000 to CAD 95,000, dependent on experience.
