Receptionist – Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well‑presented Receptionist to join the Blade & Razor team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays an important role in creating the premium and welcoming experience our brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
• Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and client check‑ins
• Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Coordinate appointments with barbers, RMTs, and other practitioners
• Offer and serve complimentary beverages to clients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and lounge area
• Assist with retail product sales and provide basic information about services
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding schedules and client needs
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary

Required profile

• Organized, reliable, and personable
• Confident when interacting with customers
• Comfortable working in a busy luxury service environment
• Previous reception, hospitality, salon/spa, or customer‑service experience is an asset
