About the role

Tommy Gun's is seeking enthusiastic part‑time Guest Services team members to work at its Eastgate location in Regina. The role combines front‑desk reception duties with retail responsibilities, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable Tommy Gun's experience from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Answer phone calls and emails, manage service queues, and support the team with administrative tasks.
• Assist customers on the sales floor, handle product inquiries, and process transactions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and help with product inventory management.
• Keep the reception and retail areas clean, safe, and organized.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer‑service mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond for every guest.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
