Real Estate Inside Sales Agent / Appointment Setter

About the role

Authentic Reach Marketing is seeking a Remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent / Appointment Setter to engage inbound buyer and seller leads generated through paid advertising. You will quickly contact prospects, build rapport, qualify their needs, and schedule qualified appointments for our real‑estate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Call and text inbound real‑estate leads promptly.
• Qualify buyer and seller prospects using provided scripts and frameworks.
• Book phone or in‑person appointments that meet client criteria.
• Complete scheduled callbacks and follow‑up conversations on time.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes after each meaningful interaction.
• Manage pipeline stages, follow‑up tasks, and KPI tracking.
• Communicate clearly with the internal team and update status regularly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting, inside sales, telesales or call‑centre environment.
• Strong spoken and written English with confidence speaking on the phone.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow scripts without sounding robotic.
• Reliable internet, phone access, and a quiet work environment.
• Availability Monday‑Friday 10:00 AM‑7:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Real‑estate experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for lead tracking and pipeline management.

What we offer

• Independent contractor position with remote work flexibility.
• Base compensation of $200 CAD per month for each active client account managed.
