About the role
The Village of Stouffer Mills is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to serve as an RAI Coordinator. This permanent position supports resident‑centered care by managing assessment data, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations, and facilitating high‑quality long‑term care services.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret resident assessment data using RAI and MDS tools.
- Maintain accurate CIHI reporting and ensure adherence to relevant policies, legislation, and best practices.
- Coordinate supplies and equipment ordering for the retirement and long‑term care sector.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a resident‑focused culture.
- Provide ongoing support and training related to RAI processes.
Required profile
- Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current Heart Save Level CPR certification.
- Valid Credentialing (MDS) certificate and AIS certification.
- Ability to meet the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the RPN role.
- Commitment to resident‑centered care and teamwork.
