Quality Technician

About the role

The Quality Technician will support the Corporate WIN Strategy by managing quality operations within an assigned value stream. This hands‑on role combines tactical execution with strategic support in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality procedures, inspection plans, and process control documentation.
• Perform statistical analyses to assess cost and responsibility for non‑conforming products.
• Identify quality trends, coordinate corrective actions with customers and suppliers, and conduct internal audits.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
• Participate in failure analysis, root‑cause investigations, and corrective‑action implementation.
• Inspect, evaluate, and troubleshoot electronic products and components.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
• Represent the company during internal and external audits and act as primary audit contact when required.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong background in electronics and controls.
• Experience handling customer and supplier quality issues, RMAs, and corrective‑action activities.
• Ability to work safely in a psychologically safe team culture.
