Quality Intern – London Brewery

About the role

Join Labatt’s London Brewery as a Quality Intern, gaining hands‑on experience in quality improvement, data analysis and brewing operations. You will work on a strategic project that enhances operational performance and manufacturing excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a strategic quality improvement project focused on process efficiency and manufacturing excellence.
• Collaborate with managers, production teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand supply‑chain and 24/7 brewery operations.
• Analyze quality and operational data, maintain LIMS records and conduct routine testing of in‑process and finished products.
• Monitor quality‑control processes, identify non‑conformances and drive corrective actions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Gain exposure to quality systems, laboratory operations and working within a unionized manufacturing environment.
