Quality Control Inspector – Level II

About the role

DCM Integrated Solutions Inc. is looking for a Level II Quality Control Inspector to support an active industrial construction project. The role is heavily focused on quality document management and field inspection across welding, structural steel, piping, package boiler, and bolted‑connection scopes.

Key responsibilities

• Scan, file, and upload inspection and quality records to Hexagon SmartPlant Completions (approximately 65‑75% of time).
• Assemble turnover documentation in line with ABSA and ASME quality program requirements and the DCM Quality Control Manual.
• Maintain and track logs for welder qualifications, continuity, bolted connections, non‑conformance reports, and Inspection & Test Records (ITRs) across all disciplines.
• Verify that ITRs are completed, signed, and reconciled with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) throughout construction.
• Support the QC team with NDE/weld logs, material traceability, and audit‑ready record keeping.
• Provide on‑site weld, structural steel, and piping inspection support as needed.

Required profile

• Strong computer proficiency with a focus on document management.
• Experience in quality control documentation for industrial construction projects.
• Familiarity with ABSA and ASME quality program standards.
• Ability to work under the direction of a Quality Control Lead and ensure audit‑ready records.
