Quadient Inspire Developer – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quadient Developer to design, develop and maintain high‑volume customer communication solutions on the Quadient Inspire platform. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop communication templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire.
• Create dynamic, personalized communications for print, email, SMS and digital channels.
• Perform data mapping, transformation and formatting for document generation.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems via APIs, databases and file‑based feeds.
• Ensure performance and scalability for high‑volume batch and real‑time processing.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Validate document layouts, formatting and output accuracy.
• Support testing activities including unit, system and UAT testing.
• Troubleshoot issues related to document composition, formatting and data integration.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM).
• Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire, including Scaler, Designer and Interactive.
• Experience with template design, data mapping and output generation.
• Knowledge of multi‑channel delivery (print, email, SMS, digital).
• Experience with APIs, file‑based integrations and data transformation.
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT or similar scripting for document composition.
• Understanding of high‑volume batch processing and performance optimisation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
