QA/QC Inspector

About the role

The QA/QC Inspector position is based in Vancouver, BC, supporting the BC Utilities Division. You will ensure high‑quality project delivery by overseeing quality standards across field and office operations and travelling to various sites as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage QA/QC activities in line with company and client standards.
• Develop, monitor, and enforce project quality plans, including subcontractor compliance.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Operations to set quality requirements for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Address customer quality concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to achieve zero‑defect outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain quality management documentation such as manuals, policies, procedures, checklists, and records.
• Interface with regulators and client auditors to ensure ongoing compliance and manage corrective actions.
