QA Engineer – Mobile Automation & TDM

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer specialized in mobile automation and test data management (TDM). The role is based in Toronto with a hybrid work model (2–3 days onsite) and a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will lead the design, development, and execution of automated tests for native mobile applications and associated APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile automation scripts using Appium and Selenium.
• Create automated test suites for mobile applications, APIs, and end‑to‑end workflows.
• Utilize REST Assured for API validation and integration testing.
• Design, enhance, and support automation frameworks across multiple devices and platforms.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and perform root‑cause analysis of defects and automation failures.
• Coordinate with vendor support teams for environment and issue resolution.
• Implement scheduled end‑to‑end test executions.
• Support test data management and provisioning activities, including Delphix and CA TDM solutions.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of professional experience in QA automation.
• Hands‑on experience testing native mobile applications.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead testing initiatives.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
