Python Developer (Onsite) – Montreal

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our Montreal team. The role involves building scalable, production‑grade applications and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust Python applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Design and implement scalable, high‑performance systems.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and other teams.
• Integrate user‑facing elements with server‑side logic.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.
• Participate in code reviews and implement unit tests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Python development.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming.
• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
