About the role
The Property Administrator will oversee day‑to‑day operations of property services, ensuring maintenance, repairs and tenant requests are handled efficiently. You will work closely with property owners, support staff and multidisciplinary teams to keep properties running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, supervise and schedule support staff for operational, clerical and maintenance duties.
- Prepare, negotiate and administer contracts for property services such as maintenance and renovation.
- Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance projects and renovations, monitoring progress and costs.
- Compile and maintain records of operating expenses and income; prepare regular expense and income reports.
- Respond promptly to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content and interactivity, and oversee written website material.
Required profile
- College or CEGEP diploma (1‑2 years) in Information Technology, Hospitality Administration/Management or related field.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to relocate, travel regularly and work night, weekend or on‑call shifts.
- Strong client focus, excellent oral and written communication, organized and a team player.
