Project Manager – Remote (Alberta, Canada)

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking a remote Project Manager based in Alberta to lead communication system projects from inception to delivery. You will act as the central point of contact for all project activities, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of assigned projects, allocating resources and directing the project team.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage the three core constraints—quality, cost, and time—using established project management tools.
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate status to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Occasionally work on‑site at client locations as required.

Required profile

• Residency in Alberta, Canada (remote work arrangement).
• Proven experience delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong technical background to understand and manage competing interests.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
