Project Manager – Products Line

About the role

BEUMER Group is seeking a hands‑on Project Manager to lead the Products line of business across North America. You will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering projects in industries such as cement, building materials, alternative fuels, consumer goods and petrochemicals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage early with Sales and Engineering during the tendering and sales phase.
• Execute new sales projects from contract signing through hand‑over to the customer and internal support teams.
• Manage a portfolio of projects ranging from $50,000 to approximately $5,000,000.
• Organise projects using the BEUMER Stage Gate model, covering planning, specifications, design, production and installation/commissioning.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams throughout the full project life‑cycle.
• Oversee scope, supply‑chain, change and risk management processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, handle back‑charges and claims, and produce required documentation.
• Ensure overall delivery meets quality, technical, schedule and financial targets.
• Develop and update project schedules, create financial reports and control budgets.
• Provide technical clarification to engineering and support site activities during installation, commissioning and testing.
• Compile reports, track tasks and provide monthly updates.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in industrial or intralogistics environments.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and risks across multiple projects.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
