Project Manager – Onshore Delivery Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery for a dynamic squad based in Mississauga. The role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with overall delivery ownership, ensuring successful releases across SIT, UAT and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall squad delivery, coordinating release planning and execution for SIT, UAT and production.
• Lead quarterly and sprint‑level planning sessions, aligning work with business priorities.
• Provide regular status updates to senior engineering managers and product owners.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, release management and change control procedures.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Agile delivery and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
