Project Manager

About the role

Broccolini, a family‑owned construction and development firm, is seeking a Project Manager to join its Toronto construction team. You will lead the delivery of remarkable buildings, uphold the company’s core values, and ensure client satisfaction throughout each project.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and manage all facets of construction projects, ensuring cost, schedule and scope targets are met.
• Create project budgets, monitor monthly progress, approve billings and produce regular project reports.
• Develop preliminary schedules with the Superintendent, identify scheduling risks and discuss timelines with clients.
• Support tendering efforts, review tender analyses and administer contracts with trades.
• Chair design and construction meetings, liaise with subcontractors and consultants, and resolve conflicts.
• Promote a strong HSE culture on‑site and ensure compliance with Broccolini’s HSE policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Engineering degree or technical diploma in Construction, Civil, Building or Architecture.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience leading and mentoring project teams.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Project for scheduling and planning.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling capabilities.
