Project Manager

About the role

INNOCEAN Worldwide Canada is seeking two Project Managers to join its Account Services team – one supporting the Retail team and one supporting the Brand account team. You will own integrated marketing projects from kickoff through delivery, partnering with clients and cross‑functional teams to keep timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables on track.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day project management contact for assigned accounts and internal teams.
• Support client meetings, project kick‑offs, status updates, and timeline reviews.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders regarding project status, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work‑back plans, and task‑tracking documents.
• Coordinate execution of integrated campaigns across creative, digital, social, CRM, media, production, and retail channels.
• Help manage client expectations related to schedules, approvals, and deliverables.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of agency workflows and campaign execution.
• Automotive retail or automotive marketing experience is a strong asset.
