Project Manager – Interior Renovations

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead interior renovation projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. The role focuses on commercial interiors such as offices, retail, hospitality and institutional spaces, requiring coordination of trades, consultants and clients in occupied or phased environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute interior renovation projects from inception to completion.
• Manage budgets, contracts, change orders and project reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and on‑site teams.
• Identify risks, resolve issues and keep projects on time and within budget.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, design and client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior renovations or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, finishes, trade coordination and site logistics.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret specifications.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in occupied or phased renovation environments is an asset.
