Project Manager – Intelligent Transportation Systems

About the role

Join a leading North American provider of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) as a Project Manager in Toronto. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering transportation technology projects on time and within budget, working closely with senior management and customer stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
• Develop full‑scale project plans, schedules, and communication documents.
• Coordinate resources, third‑party contractors, and internal team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and implement contingency plans.
• Produce progress reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Conduct post‑mortem analyses and recommend improvements for future projects.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 + years of project management experience, preferably in transportation or technology sectors.
• Strong ability to communicate expectations clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, and passionate about improving transit solutions.
