Project Manager – Ground-Up ICI Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground‑up ICI construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout. This role requires strong oversight of schedules, budgets, contracts, trades, consultants, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ground‑up ICI projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project reporting.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and ownership.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, design, and financial expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within ICI construction.
• Strong background managing ground‑up projects.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, contracts, budgets, and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
