Project Manager – Facilities (Quebec)

About the role

Purolator is seeking a Project Manager Facilities to lead capital, expense and lease improvement projects across its Quebec and Atlantic locations. The role is primarily based in Montreal but can be performed from anywhere in Quebec, with regular travel to various sites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and coordinate all facility‑related projects, including capital improvements, repairs and lease upgrades.
• Schedule and execute project activities, managing resources from internal and external functional groups.
• Prepare recommendations for the 5‑year capital plan and manage allotted budgets for a portfolio of buildings and retail stores.
• Provide space management and office furniture services for the region.
• Develop business cases, project schedules and briefings for senior real‑estate leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive experience in facility management or construction project management.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree.
• PMP designation (or actively pursuing) and Ontario Building Code certification (or equivalent).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Analytical mindset with solid financial acumen.
