Project Manager / Architect (Commercial & Institutional)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Architect to join our growing firm. The role involves leading design phases from schematic through construction documents, coordinating internal teams and external consultants, and interfacing directly with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage preparation of schematic, design development, and construction drawings.
• Produce and review documents in AutoCAD and/or Revit as required.
• Lead a multi‑person internal team and coordinate external engineering consultants.
• Conduct client meetings, understand project needs, and ensure design solutions meet expectations.
• Oversee construction administration and document control.
• Support marketing and administrative activities as needed.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in architecture (U.S. accredited preferred).
• 10‑15 years of architectural experience on moderate to large commercial or institutional projects.
• Ability to work independently or within a team, strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• U.S. work authorization; New Jersey licensure and LEED AP are a plus.
