Project Executive – Construction

About the role

Performance Builders Ltd is looking for a seasoned Project Executive to lead large‑scale construction initiatives in the Richmond area. The role involves overseeing all phases of projects, from resource allocation to final delivery, while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
• Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments and establish financial and administrative controls.
• Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff and create optimum working conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects with budgets exceeding $8,000,001.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle a large workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with the MS Windows operating environment.
