Project Coordinator – Multiple Opportunities

About the role

TC Transcontinental is seeking Project Coordinators and Project Managers to support a variety of client projects in its Paris, Ontario facilities. The role involves translating project briefs into detailed plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful delivery across the retail, education, and publishing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret project briefs and develop comprehensive plans covering scope, deliverables, timelines and outcomes in collaboration with Sales and Account Managers.
• Monitor daily project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.
• Track project costs against approved budgets, investigate variances and coordinate resolution of discrepancies.
• Prepare, obtain approval for, and distribute all project documentation and production‑ready assets.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing clear updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with Production Managers to follow work orders through pre‑production, production, quality inspection, shipment and installation.
• Champion projects from approval through final delivery and invoicing, ensuring alignment across all teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in custom manufacturing, print, fabrication or retail operations.
• Progress toward or completion of a PMP certification is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Experience using Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Advanced Excel skills.
