Project Coordinator

About the role

Robertson Electric Wholesale is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of electrical distribution projects across Canada. You will work closely with customers, planners, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to schedule and complete on‑site work according to scope and timelines.
• Confirm project timelines and occupancy, providing updates to planners and scheduling coordinators.
• Order all required parts and materials for each project.
• Prepare and coordinate project close‑out documentation and review any deficiencies.
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, consultants, and key stakeholders to resolve concerns promptly.
• Perform additional assignments as required by the Projects Coordinator Supervisor.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a Projects Coordinator in the electrical industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work well within a team.
