Project Coordinator – Industrial

About the role
Beedie, one of Canada’s largest private industrial developers, is expanding its project team. The Industrial Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager across all phases of construction, from budgeting and scheduling to contract administration and close‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing permit packages and obtaining municipal approvals.
- Develop and issue tender packages, scopes of work, and bid analysis documents.
- Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders for execution.
- Maintain project drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders using project‑management software.
- Support schedule development and regular monitoring with the PM and site operations.
- Provide monthly status reports covering construction progress, cost forecasts, cash flow, schedule updates, safety and quality.
- Communicate daily with site superintendents to support operations and document meeting minutes.
- Process progress billings, monitor site progress, and flag quality or safety deviations.
- Coordinate collection of close‑out documentation.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with project managers, superintendents, and external stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and reporting.
