Project Coordinator – Digital & Medical Communications (Contract-to-Hire)

About the role

Red Nucleus is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Medical Communications team in Toronto. The role is hybrid and starts as a contract‑to‑hire position, supporting the delivery of digital medical communication projects.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, track tasks and maintain project documentation.
• Lead day‑to‑day project operations, ensuring timelines, budgets and resources are up to date.
• Serve as primary point of contact, facilitating communication between internal teams and clients.
• Draft briefs and Statements of Work, and flag potential regulatory or technical issues.
• Assign tasks to multidisciplinary production teams including UX, design, animation, development and QA.
• Monitor financials, status updates and key insights, and lead post‑mortem meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or sciences.
• At least 2 years of digital, account or project management experience in an interactive agency, preferably within healthcare.

What we offer

• Salary range $52,000 – $68,000 CAD per year.
