Project Coordinator (Digital)

About the role

Red Nucleus is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to support its Medical Communications team. The role is hybrid, based in Toronto, and focuses on ensuring digital projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, track tasks, maintain project documentation, and lead day‑to‑day operations.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and clients, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Draft briefs and Statements of Work, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Assign tasks to multidisciplinary teams (UX, Graphic Design, Animation, Development, QA) and manage scope changes.
• Monitor financials, status updates, and conduct post‑mortem meetings to capture learnings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital project coordination, account management, or healthcare‑focused interactive agencies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project, Basecamp or Redmine.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with web and mobile development platforms such as HTML5, Flash, iOS and Android.
