Programmer Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Programmer Analyst to join our development team. You will work on a variety of software projects, from maintaining existing applications to creating new features for film and video special‑effects tools.

Key responsibilities

• Write, modify, integrate and test software code.
• Maintain and enhance existing programs based on changing requirements.
• Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, manuals and documentation on software status, operation and maintenance.
• Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements and in developing logical and physical specifications.
• Research and evaluate a variety of software products.
• Develop special‑effects software for film and video applications.
• Manage and resolve incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Initiative, organization, accountability and resourcefulness.
