Program Coordinator – Pathways to HOPE (Toronto)

About the role

The Pathways to HOPE project seeks a detail‑oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to lead a mixed‑methods needs assessment focused on newcomer women living with HIV in Toronto. You will supervise data collection, train peer researchers, and translate findings into actionable community recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee surveys, interviews, and focus groups with newcomer women and service providers across Toronto.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a cohort of peer researchers in data collection and analysis.
• Facilitate knowledge‑mobilisation workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with peer researchers to develop a community‑informed recommendation framework.
• Report findings to project leadership and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in mixed‑methods research.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially with diverse community groups.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Commitment to improving HIV care access for newcomer women.

Required skills

• Experience conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
