Production Worker

About the role

You are a motivated team player looking to join our sawmill manufacturing facility in Radium. This entry‑level position offers on‑the‑job training, the chance to advance quickly, and a graveyard shift schedule in a safe, efficient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shovel, lift and carry boards, debris and maintain site cleanliness while working outdoors.
• Rotate through various tasks across the manufacturing area, reviewing work for accuracy and meeting production schedules.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with team leads and maintenance to keep operations on track.
• Contribute to a safe work environment for coworkers, customers and visitors.

Required profile

• Safety‑driven mindset with a commitment to following procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lb, standing, walking, shoveling and climbing stairs.
• Experience working around machinery and equipment is an asset.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
