About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator to join our Montreal facility. The role involves operating a range of production equipment, ensuring the manufacturing schedule is met while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key responsibilities
- Operate multiple production machines and perform assigned production operations.
- Coordinate with team members to complete daily tasks and meet the production schedule.
- Complete required physical documentation related to production runs.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures as defined in standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Keep workstations, equipment, and the production area clean and organized.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to keep colleagues and supervisors informed.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Physical ability to handle production tasks and maintain a clean work environment.
