Production Operator

About the role

Techo-Bloc is seeking a reliable Production Operator to join its manufacturing team in Quebec. You will work on day or night shifts, operating equipment to meet production schedules while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate consoles and adjust equipment components to ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow the production schedule and meet output targets.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Coordinate tasks within an 8‑person team and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to OHS procedures.
• Document production data and participate in continuous‑improvement meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a machine/operator.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a structured, organized manner.
• Good physical condition and willingness to work both day and night shifts.
• Proactive attitude with leadership and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting
• Preventive maintenance
• Forklift operation (certification if required)
